Scalp Vein Set from Vivan Meditech, also known as a Butterfly Needle Set, is a sterile, single-use infusion set used to establish gentle venous access for short-duration infusions, injections and blood collection in pediatric, neonatal and adult patients. It is available in five sizes from 19G to 27G, each with a colour-coded wing for quick size identification. The needle is stainless steel with a tri-beveled point, fitted with flexible plastic wings and connected to PVC tubing with a Luer connector. Each unit is ETO sterilized and supplied in an individual blister pack.
